Pumpkin Crunch Pie

Ingredients:
1 16 oz can pumpkin filling
1 can carnation evaporated milk
1 c sugar
3 eggs
¼ tsp. cinnamon (may add more)
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 c walnuts chopped
2 sticks unsalted butter |
Preparations:
Grease 9x12 inch pan, sides and bottom with oil. Line pan with
wax paper, sides included. Mix in a large bowl the first 5 ingredients
with a wooden spoon (no mixer.)
Pour ingredients into grease pan, and spread cake mix evenly
on top. Add chopped walnuts and melted unsalted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.Let it cool for 1/2 hour, then flip
over on serving dish. |
